Hi, I’m Darwin—pastor, counselor, teacher, writer, and lifelong learner on a mission to bridge faith, formation, and everyday life.

By day, I serve as a Transformation Facilitator at Vanguard Transformation Partners, where I design and lead Bible-based programs that help shape values-driven leaders in the marketplace. On weekends (and many weeknights), I’m a Pastor at Christian Gospel Center-Bilog, guiding people through discipleship, preaching the Word, and raising up ministry leaders. Whether I’m speaking, counseling, or teaching—I’m always about helping people grow into who God designed them to be.

I bring a holistic approach to counseling, integrating theology and psychology, with a heart for young adults and young couples. I currently serve as an outsourced counselor with Intimacy PH and Shalom Counseling Services, and I’m passionate about helping people rediscover their identity in Christ.

As a tech-savvy minimalist, I geek out over tools that boost creativity, focus, and productivity—yes, even spreadsheets can spark joy (sometimes). On Medium, you’ll find me writing about faith, formation, tech, and how to live with intention in a noisy world.

My journey began with a degree in Mathematics for Teachers from PNU, which led me to spend nearly a decade teaching Math and Bible at Grace Christian College. Now, I continue mentoring future Christian leaders as an adjunct professor at FEBIAS College of Bible. In 2021, I pursued a Master’s in Christian Counseling at Alliance Graduate School to further equip myself for this integrated path of ministry and mental health.

But my favorite title? Husband to RR and dad to Darra Grace. They are my daily reminders that love, joy, and grace aren’t just theological concepts—they’re lived experiences.
