Thanks! I like your post. Technology should work for us. I was like you 5 years ago. I used to think that iPhones are for technologically illiterate people. Why? Because it’s too simple. Now that I started practicing a Minimalist Lifestyle, I have no other options but an iPhone. It has no bloatwares and can even delete the default iOS apps if I opt to a different app that duplicates a function. I only have 28 apps (most of them are paid apps) so I only have two home screens. Since digital minimalism is part of my practice, I would rather spend my 30 seconds doing the action I need to do on my phone rather than tinkering around with different launchers, customizing my keyboards, and trying different icon packs. My iPhone is a TOOL not a toy. It “just works”. By the way, I switched to iPhone with one sole reason — because I bought a Macbook 5 years ago. Which in turn, I never had a Windows laptop that last me that long. My iPhone speaks with my Mac on their own language which boosts my productivity.
